The University’s School of Social and Political Sciences is inviting applicants to apply for the PhD International Scholarships. The educational programme is open for the academic session 2024/2025.

The scholarships are open to anyone who, by September 2024, will hold an honours degree in the social sciences. A master’s degree (or overseas equivalent) may be an advantage but not essential.

The scholarships aim to support outstanding individuals seeking to pursue doctoral studies in the social sciences. Candidates, scheduled to hold an honours degree in the social sciences by September 2024, are eligible to apply. While a Master’s degree is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum upper second-class honours undergraduate degree or its equivalent, with evidence of performance at a first-class level.
