Asian Institute Of Management To Offer 26 Full And Partial Scholarships

Good news for MBA students in ASEAN region! The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is set to offer 26 full and partial scholarships to potential MBA candidates for the upcoming session in September 2015. The scholarships are highly competitive.

The scholarship will be offered to outstanding students who have the ability to supplement the classroom discussions, bring in field views, promote global viewpoints and genuinely contribute to the global business communities and their society.

In order to be eligible for various scholarships, the candidates must have an excellent academic record. They must show personal achievements and should have a properly defined career trajectory. It is essential that the candidates have excellent writing and communication skills in English language. They are also required to possess impressive people skills and demonstrate strong leadership instinct. The candidate must have received a formal offer from AIM for its full-time MBA program in order to be eligible for the scholarships. AIM has cleared the fact that all admitted applicants will be genuinely considered for a scholarship award. The deadline for the scholarship application is May 15, 2015.

The AIM Excellence Scholarships are granted to exceptional candidates having excellent academic, professional, personal achievements; strong leadership qualifications. A candidate must secure a minimum 600 GMAT or equivalent GRE score. The Asian Development Bank offers ADB-JSP scholarship to all the nationals of countries borrowing from ADB. After the completion of the course the candidates are expected to go back to their country. It includes boarding and living expenses.AIM President’s International Scholarships are provided to potential students from ASEAN region, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, South and Central America. A minimum 600 GMAT or GRE score is required.

This scholarship ranges between USD 10,000 to USD 30,000. AIM Dean’s scholarships are open to all applicants. The scholarship amount ranges between USD 5,000 to USD 20,000. Candidates applying for this scholarship must secure a minimum of 600 GRE or GMAT score. AIM ASEAN Leadership scholarships are available only for the ASEAN region and it ranges between USD 10,000 to USD 30,000. AIM-GT Metro Foundation scholarships covers full scholarships that include room and board, one round-trip airfare and a stipend.

This scholarship is only for the Chinese and Taiwanese applicants. A minimum 600 GMAT or GRE score is required. Sung Joo Kim Foundation Women Scholarship is for those high potential women applicants. The amount ranges between USD 5,000 to USD 10,000. The scholarship requires a candidate to secure a minimum 600 GMAT or GRE score.

AIM was established in 1968 in association with the Harvard Business School. It has Asian academicians, and prominent business leaders on board.

It functions as per the global accreditation standards of the US-based Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).  Its scholarship programs are supportive in providing a proper career trajectory to the potential students.
