International Relations and Cooperation Paid Internships in South Africa, 2014

Republic of South Africa, the Department of International Relations and Cooperation is offering paid internships for graduates. Internships are available for 35 candidates. Interns will get R4 800-00 per month for this 12 months internship. Qualified women and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Interns’ age should be between 18 to 35 years. Last date to apply is 13th June 2014.

j) Archives and Records Management

What does it cover? The International Relations interns will get R4 800-00 per month as their stipend.

Internship Description: Interns will be placed within the Department of International Relations and Cooperation at Head Office in Pretoria. Candidates should have their own transport and accommodation. Candidates who have already participated in an Internship Programme in any Government Department will not be considered. The Department of International Relations and Cooperation adheres to Patriotism, Loyalty, Dedication, Ubuntu, Equity, Integrity, Batho pele. The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) will be implementing an Internship Programme as a contribution towards Skills Development and awarding unemployed graduates with an opportunity to gain experience in various skills areas.

Number of awards offered: These paid internships are offered to 35 interns.

Internship Duration: Internship period is of 12 months.

Notification: Applicants will be notified within 3 weeks after the deadline.
