For 2016/2017, Trauma.org is offering a scholarship for pursuing Masters of Trauma Sciences Programme at Barts & the London Medical School, Queen Mary University of London. This scholarship will be available to an international applicant from a low or middle-income country as defined by the World Bank.

The aim of the courses is to ensure that graduates have acquired a broad and critical understanding of the science and practice of trauma care. Graduates will have developed the knowledge, technical skills, decision-making and professionalism to safely deliver a core set of clinical functions in the management of injured patients, consistent with their scope of practice.

  • Medical degree or Nursing degree (2.1 or higher) or Paramedic Qualifications + Trauma Experience
  • Overseas qualifications at degree level from a university or an institution of university rank
  • Suitable professional experience and expertise
  • The scholarship is available for pursuing a part-time distance learning MSc program.
  • The scholarship is awarded in the field of Trauma Sciences.
  • Computer skills and access to suitable PC facilities (with microphone, webcam, broadband connection to the internet)
  • International students must provide evidence of proficiency in English as per the Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) Criteria
  • International participant from a low or middle-income country as defined by the World Bank can apply for this scholarship.
