The University of Oslo is offering free online course to learn Norwegian language.  There are no special requirements for this course. However you need to enable the Norwegian characters Æ, Ø and Å on your computer or mobile phone.

This four-week course will give you an introduction to Norwegian, a language spoken by about 5 million people. The course will start on May 15, 2017.
