Eligibility

  • Eligible Countries: the United States
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The program will provide for school education in any subject
  • Admissible Criteria: To qualify, a candidate must:
  • Have been registered in a Georgia, public school for the whole earlier school year. Pre-school programs do not count for this eligibility factor.
  • Should also have acknowledged special education services under an Individualized Education Plan at any point in that year, and those services should be reflected in the student’s local district’s October or May student count.
  • The student’s parent or guardian necessity live in Georgia presently and have been a resident for at least one year.
  • The program allows any student with a disability whose parents are unhappy with their assigned public school to receive a voucher from attending private school.
