Applications are invited for Haaga-Helia Scholarship to pursue bachelors and master degree programme. Students from EU as well as EEA countries are eligible to apply for this free tuition fee award programme.

  • Application Deadline: July 8, 2019, for spring and December 9, 2019, for Autumn at 15:00 EET (GMT/UTC +2 hours)
  • Course Level: bachelors and master degree programme taught in English
  • Award: Any eligible student meeting the requirement of 55 completed ECTS credits during two consecutive academic semesters will be offered a scholarship 20% value of the tuition fee. Any eligible Bachelor level student completing the degree in 6 academic semesters or less will be offered a scholarship of 30% value of the tuition fee. Any eligible Master level student completing the degree in 2 academic semesters or less will be offered a scholarship of 30% value of the tuition fee.
  • Nationality: EU countries or EEA countries
  • The award can be taken in Finland

Eligibility

  • Eligible Countries: The studentships are awarded to the applicants of the following countries: EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Gibraltar.EEA countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
  • Entrance Requirements: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible:
    • Any eligible student meeting the requirement of 55 completed ECTS credits during two consecutive academic semesters will be offered a scholarship 20% value of the tuition fee.
    • Any eligible Bachelor level student completing the degree in 6 academic semesters or less will be offered a scholarship of 30% value of the tuition fee. Any eligible Master level student completing the degree in 2 academic semesters or less will be offered a scholarship of 30% value of the tuition fee.
    • No opportunities are available for the first year of study apart from a student graduating in two academic semesters or sooner.
  • English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
