Eligibility

  • Be of Hispanic heritage Be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible non-U.S. citizen
  • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Be a graduating high school senior with plans to enrol full-time as an undergraduate Freshman in the Fall of 2020
  • Must intend to enrol at a four-year U.S. accredited college or university in the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam -Must intend to major in one of the four STEM fields: Science Technology Engineering Mathematics
  • Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Scholarship Open for International Students: Yes
  • Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible non-U.S. citizen

Benefits

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) is providing financial resources to assist outstanding Latino students. The award amount ranges from $500 to $5,000.
