  • Eligible Countries: Foreign and home country nationals can apply. 
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Candidates should apply for the PhD position in Hystore at the School of Computer Science at the UCD. 
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must have an understanding of energy systems and grids as well as the integration of local sources. 
  • The applicants must have experience or knowledge of energy modeling tools, on-site energy monitoring; installation of sensors, data capture and processing, and data analysis tools.

Benefits

The selected PhD candidates will be awarded €19,000 per annum stipend to support the travel budget, budget for PC/laptop, and materials budget (books, computer consumables, and general disposables) for four years of study.
