The University of West London is awarding up to 50 International Ambassador Scholarships in the UK. The studentships are available for pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degree courses at the University of West London.

To enter a degree course, applicants must satisfy or expect to meet general requirements for entry. Applicants must have an honors degree from an approved institution of higher education outside the UK and Republic of Ireland. Undergraduate students normally need to meet English language requirement of an overall IELTS 6.0, with a minimum score of 5.5 in all elements. For postgraduate entry, international students normally need to meet English language requirement at IELTS 6.5 overall and no less than IELTS 5.5 in each element.

Eligibility: Students are eligible to apply for these endowments:

  • If they have been offered a place to study on a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course at the University of West London, commencing in September 2016. Please note, the International Ambassador Scholarship provides a discount against the cost of tuition for the first year of study only.

How to Apply: Please save the form to applicant’s computer before completing it. Once completed, please save and e-mail their completed application form to int.app-at-uwl.ac.uk. If applicants are unable to save a completed version of the form, they may not have the required software. If this is the case, please print off the form and scan the completed application to int.app-at-uwl.ac.uk. Applicants can also send their form via post. Please ensure applicant also send the following documents with this application:

  • English Language qualification, where applicable
  • Copies of qualification transcripts and certificates (including any studies in the UK)
  • Copy of passport

Application Deadline: Before applying please note the deadlines for each intake:

  • For courses starting in January, applications must be received by 30 November
  • For courses starting in May, applications must be received by 31 March
  • For courses starting in September, applications must be received by 30 June

Applicants should expect a decision within 14 working days of the deadline.
