  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in Design, Materials, Engineering, Waste Management, Energy and Acoustics
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the candidates are required to have at least a good undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1) in a relevant subject.

  • Supporting Documents: Applicants must submit an up-to-date CV containing contact details for two academic references and a cover letter of up to 1000 words.
  • Admission Requirements: For admission, applicants must hold a previous year degree.
  • Language Requirement: Applicants will need to demonstrate good competence in the English language. International students need an overall IELTS score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any of the four categories of reading writing, speaking and listening.

 Benefits

The studentships cover full-time fees and a stipend for three years (c. £15,009 per year), plus an additional annual research allowance.
