The study award is open to international students applying for full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programs at Kazakhstani universities. Applicants must be pursuing higher education for the first time at their chosen level and meet academic requirements such as a minimum “good” grade in secondary education for Bachelor’s, or at least a 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0) for Master’s and PhD programs.
