ISLAMIC CIVILIZATIONS INITIATIVE AWARD
The program aims to enhance the knowledge and understanding of Islam and Islamic history and culture. It is open to recent university graduates and post graduates candidates.

The study of Islamic history, philosophy, civilization, law, society and culture.
Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a B.A. degree or equivalent before the beginning date of the grant.
Academic Year:
July through April. Grantees are expected to arrive in India during the first half of September for attendance at an orientation conference in Delhi.
Grant Benefits:

Maintenance allowance Rs. 40,000 per month (Additional Rs. 5000 is provided as high cost city allowance for students affiliated in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad)

Dependent allowance Rs. 7,500 per month up to a maximum of one dependent. Please note that dependent allowance is given only if the dependent stays for a minimum of 80% of the scholar’s time in India.

I want to do my Ph. D degree from abroad because the government of Pakistan dosen’t allow me the research work particularly when I want to write down some thiong against Islam and Muslims specially in the perspactive of early age of Islam when the followers of Muhammad brutally killed the Jews of Arabia and made them salves, rapped their women even minor girls etc.
if I would given the chance to study abroad, I could do my work more easily and could discover some very important facts about Islam and Muslims because I have done my Master’s degree in Islamic Culture in 2nd divission and have spent all my early life getting education in Religious Schools.
