Internship Description: The International Recruitment & Development Program Internship seeks qualified MBA/Masters candidates for internship positions within our Johnson & Johnson operating companies in the Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices & Diagnostics business sectors. International internship assignments are non-rotational, typically 10-12 weeks and are located in the regions and countries listed below. This program will include assigned projects and specific departmental responsibilities. In addition, there will be opportunities for interns to network with peers in different J&J companies around the world through organized web meetings and coaching sessions. Interns report to management supervisors and will have opportunities to present key project findings and recommendations to senior business leaders.
