The University of Newcastle is pleased to offer Master of Creative Industries (MCI) International Tuition Scholarship to study in Australia for the year 2017-2018. Australian students, residents and international students are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
These courses have been designed to reflect the combination of skills that are in-demand, and which industry and communities require in order to drive social and cultural innovation.
The University of Newcastle, informally known as Newcastle University, an Australian public university established in 1965, has its primary campus in Callaghan, a suburb of Newcastle, New South Wales.

Course Level: Scholarship is available for pursuing master degree programme .
Study Subject: Students will complete studies related to the development, realisation and presentation of innovative creative projects. Students can also select from specialist directed courses in:
- Creative writing
- Creative and performing arts
- Information technology
Discipline areas include but are not limited to:
- Advertising design
- Architecture design
- Electronic games
- Performing arts
- Visual arts
Scholarship Award: High-achieving international students have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship into the Master of Creative Industries. The scholarship will cover the cost of tuition fees for one, full-time year of the program.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for scholarship:
Admission to the Master of Creative Industries will be based on a completed Bachelor Degree in a discipline area* with 1 year relevant work experience or Bachelor Honours Degree or Graduate Certificate or Diploma in a discipline area* with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience. Evidence of relevant work experience must be detailed through a statement of service and or portfolio. Admission to this program is available to Australian students, residents and international students.
Nationality: Australian students, residents and international students are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
