Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna is offering a master award in Human Rights and Conflict Managements programme in the memory of Gualtiero Fulcheri-former UN Assistant Secretary General. This scholarship covers the full tuition fee of 7.500 Euros and will be awarded to the participant who receives the highest score out of the entire pool of applicants. Depending on financial availability, reduced tuition fee might be offered to citizens from non-OECD countries who are eligible for a study visa for Italy.

Eligibility: Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
(1) Have a three-year (at least) university degree or equivalent. Students expecting to graduate before December 31, 2015 are also eligible.
(2) Understand, speak and write English at least at LEVEL C1, (CEFR for Languages, CoE)

Description: The Master in Human Rights and Conflict Management is designed to provide students from different cultures and backgrounds with a deep understanding of the linkages between human rights and conflict management theory and practice. The curriculum, strongly field oriented, prepares participants for working with NGOs, governments, aid agencies, the UN system and regional organisations, also operating in the context of complex emergencies and joint operations.

Applications for financial assistance will receive consideration only in connection with completed applications for admission to the Master of Arts in Human Rights and Conflict Management.
