University of Derby Merit Based Partial Scholarships for International Students in UK, 2014-2015

University of Derby offers merit based scholarships for student starting their course in September 2014 and January 2015. Scholarships are available for full time international (outside the EU) taught students in the first year of study at the University of Derby. These are to assist with tuition fees for the first year of tuition. Awards will be allocated on a competitive basis. This means that the higher academic achievement, the more likely it is that student will be short-listed for an award.

Scholarship Description: The University has a number of partial scholarships of £1,000 available to international students (i.e. non-European Union nationals) to assist with tuition fees for the first year of tuition. Awards will be allocated on a competitive basis. This means that the higher your academic achievement, the more likely it is that you will be short-listed for an award.

What does it cover? If you are successful, £1,000 will be deducted from your tuition fees.

-September 2014 start courses: Final deadline June 30 – applications will be assessed in July.
-January 2015 start courses: Final deadline November 30 – applications will be assessed in December.
