Committed to creating opportunities systematically for as many people as possible, Utah Valley University is proud to announce the Non-Residents Freshman Scholarships for the academic year 2023-2024.

This scholarship is purely an academic merit award for bachelor degree freshman students at Utah Valley University for non-resident programmes. Full and partial tuition fee scholarships for up to 2 to 8 semesters will be awarded on the basis of GPA, SAT, and ACTS scores.

  • Eligible Countries: All international and home country students are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Non-resident’s bachelor degree programmes offered at Utah Valley can be undertaken.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must submit ACT and SAT scores.
  • The applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5-3.6.

How to Apply

  • How to Apply: Students must log in to the application portal of the university and complete their application portal. All eligible students will be considered.
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to submit official copy of high school transcripts.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must submit all necessary documents required at the time of applying.
  • Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
  • TOEFL IBT – 66 or higher
  • IELTS – 6.0

Benefits

The students that will be selected will be paid this scholarship award towards their tuition fee in the following format:

  • Presidential – Full tuition fee for up to 8 semesters
  • Exemplary$6,200 per semester for up to 8 semesters
  • Non-Resident Waiver – $5,000 per semester for 2 semesters
