The Organization of American States (OAS), through the Department of Human Development, Education and Employment (DHDEE) and the Galilee International Management Institute – Israel (GIMI), through the OAS Partnerships Program for Education and Training (PAEC) jointly offering scholarships for pursuing certificate programs in Israel.

To be considered for this scholarship opportunity, an applicant must:

  • Applicants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree and have at least five (5) years of managerial experience related to the course selected to meet the admission requirement of the GIMI.

  • How to Apply: To apply for this scholarship opportunity, you must submit a scholarship application online through the OAS Fellowship Management System (FMS).
  • Supporting Documents: To apply, students must be ready to submit the Proof of Additional Funds, Copy of Bachelor’s Degree Transcript (Record of Grades), Curriculum Vitae or Resume, Proof of English Proficiency, Copy or Bachelor’s Degree Diploma, Copy of a Government Issued ID (Passport or National ID card), Response to Essay Questions, 1 Recommendation Letter.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree and have at least five (5) years of managerial experience related to the course selected to meet the admission requirement of the GIMI.
  • language Requirements: Students whose native language is not English will be required to submit one of the following as proof of English proficiency:
  • An official transcript verifying completion of studies in an English speaking university in the last five years;
  • A test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of 570 or higher for the paper-based test, 230 for the computer-based test, or an internet-based TOEFL (IBT) score of at least 89;
  • IELTS 6.5 or the equivalent
  • The date stated on the TOEFL or IELTS certificate must be within two years of your proposed start date.
