  • Copy of personal details page of your passport and visa if applicable
  • Evidence of citizenship, if not born in Australia or New Zealand and not previously enrolled at this University within the past seven years

  • Admission Requirements: The applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree with Honours Class 1 or Honours Class II, Division 1.

Benefits

The candidates selected as winners of the PhD Scholarship by the University of Newcastle will be awarded $28,602 per annum for upto four years, along with a living allowance scholarship for 3.5 years. The award may include a $1,500 relocation allowance and an international candidate’s Overseas Student Health Cover at a single rate.
