The School of Computing & Mathematics is offering the PhD Scholarship in Statistics at Plymouth University in the UK . Applicants should have (at least) a first or upper second class honours degree in an appropriate subject and preferably a relevant MSc or MRes qualification.

In this study, we will develop estimation and visualisation methods for understanding the geographical distribution of decayed and/ or lost teeth in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Eligibility

Applicants should have (at least) a first or upper second class honours degree in an appropriate subject and preferably a relevant MSc or MRes qualification.

Scholarship Open for International Students: Scholarships are available for Home/EU and the overseas students.

Duration of award(s): The studentship is supported for 3 years and includes full Home/EU tuition fees plus a stipend of £14,057 per annum.

What does it cover? The studentship is supported for 3 years and includes full Home/EU tuition fees plus a stipend of £14,057 per annum. The studentship will only fully fund those applicants who are eligible for Home/EU fees with relevant qualifications. Applicants normally required to cover overseas fees will have to cover the difference between the Home/EU and the overseas tuition fee rates (approximately £10,800 per annum).
