KTH Royal Institute of Technology is offering the Postdoctoral Scholarship in the field biochemistry, biotechnology or molecular biology in Sweden.
KTH in Stockholm is the largest and oldest technical university in Sweden. No less than one-third of Sweden’s technical research and engineering education capacity at university level is provided by KTH. Education and research span from natural sciences to all branches of engineering and includes architecture, industrial management and urban planning. There are a total of just over 15,000 first and second level students and more than 1,600 doctoral students. KTH has almost 4,300 employees.

Eligibility
PhD in biochemistry, biotechnology or molecular biology. A solid background in molecular cloning, protein expression and enzymology is strongly favoured. Expertise in plant cell wall biosynthesis/modification/degradation is highly desirable and experience in gene expression profiling and bioinformatics is a plus. Applicants should be enthusiastic and highly motivated, able to work independently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
