The University of Augsburg is offering up to seven scholarships for students who have fled Ukraine. The applications for the academic year 2023-2024 are now open. 

The University of Augsburg is establishing this scholarship opportunity, especially for students who have fled Ukraine. However, students from other overseas nations can also apply. The applicants must be enrolled in or have graduated from a higher education institution in Ukraine to be considered. Seven students can expect to receive an award of EUR 1,000 each.

  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must be enrolled at a higher education institution in Ukraine and at the University of Augsburg.
  • The applicants may also have obtained their degree from an institution in Ukraine.

  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:

  • Transcript of Records from your home university
  • Proof of German language skills (if applicable)

  • Admission Requirements: The students must meet the entry and academic requirements of the degree programme they wish to join at the University of Augsburg.
