University of Oslo PhD Scholarship in Forest Ecology, Norway

The University of Oslo is pleased to announce a Doctoral Research Fellowship in Forest Ecology within the Department of Archaeology, Conservation and History (IAKH).

The aim of the fellowship is to support international students to pursue PhD degree at the university. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in history, legal history, art history, archival studies, or other relevant disciplines.

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Any aspect of the history of printing privileges in the period 1500-1800.
  • Admissible Criteria: Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in history, legal history, art history, archival studies, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English, as well as reading knowledge of relevant source languages.
  • Personal suitability and motivation for the position.
