- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Arts and Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Arts and Science (BASc)
- Eligibility Criteria: To see whether you are eligible for this programme or not, please check out the requirements:
- Must be international students
- Must have completed the final year of secondary school overseas or in New Zealand achieving a University Entrance qualification equivalent to NZQA Level 3, or
- A recognized overseas pre-matriculation course equivalent to NZQA Level 4; or
- The University of Otago’s Foundation Year; and
- Must be intending to enrol for full-time study in one of the following programmes:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor of Arts and Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Arts and Science (BASc).
How to Apply
- How to Apply: You will automatically receive this award when you are offered a place on an eligible course. There is no need to send an application for this scholarship separately.
- Supporting Documents: All recipients of an undergraduate degree programme should provide the following documents at the time of admission: Pre-qualification degree, copies of academic transcripts, certificates of English language proficiency, a statement, and a copy of passport.
- Admission Requirements: Applicants must have completed:
- A final year of secondary school overseas or in New Zealand achieving a university entrance qualification equivalent to NZQA Level 3, or
- A recognized overseas pre-matriculation course equivalent to NZQA Level 4; or
- The University of Otago’s Foundation Year.
- Language Requirement: The university accepts the following tests for bachelor degree programme:
- Duolingo English Test (DET) with the following scores
- IELTS Indicator test
- TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition
- Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English
- CIE
