A wonderful education opportunity for us from developing countries, especially we who live in the post conflict northern Uganda, where education were disrupted by war. The regional recovery seems another two decades or more due to numerous constraints unless these constraints are speedily and strategically addressed. We are inspired by the vision of our country to move from underdeveloped to achieve a middle income status by 2040, yet our education standard is still low, and lack practical/technical skills which is vital for transformational development. We have dream to make significant contribution towards the country’s sustainable peace and development -the change that all the citizens long for. We would like to see the marginalized at grassroots empowered to effect change both at the local level and on global scale, but face challenges to realize our dreams due to financial hardship and other circumstances to gain practical skills. This prestigious scholarship is indeed a timely opportunity for me and I am applying for it with hope that i will be considered for graduate (online) program.
    thank you

It would be a rare privilege to be enrolled in a prestigious institution such as yours where students are guided to realize their full potential in life. I cannot wait to start this experience at the graduate level in public administration. I hope to lecture same at the completion of the course in one of Ghana’s public universities. I have no doubt in my mind that the University would endow me with the necessary skill to affect policy decisions in Ghana.
