Harvard Business School (HBS) is the graduate business school of Harvard University located at Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The school offers full-time MBA program, doctoral programs and many executive education programs. The 2+2 Program in HBS is comprises two years of professional work experience followed by two years in the HBS MBA Program. After the graduation, admitted 2+2 students will have to work for two years in a professional, HBS-approved position in the public, private, or non-profit sector. HBS does not have merit-based scholarships, but it offers a combination of need-based fellowships and loans. Indian School of Business(ISB) is a private business school in India with campuses at Hyderabad and Mohali which was founded by two senior executives of McKinsey & Company .ISB has been ranked 36th in the world in the 2014 Financial Times Global MBA Rankings.
ISB mentors selected candidates for YLP (Young Leaders program) for two years while they work after completing their graduation and these students can join ISB after successfully completing two years mentorship programme.
