ENS de Lyon Masters Scholarships for International Students in France, 2024

ENS de Lyon is offering the masters scholarships (Ampère & MILLION Scholarships) for the academic year 2024-2025. These are open for excellent international students who wish to enroll in master’s programs at the university.

There are two awards available to eligible students who wish to pursue all master’s programs (except FEADép Master’s programs).

The ENS de Lyon is a highly selective high school Located in Lyon, France. As one of France’s four teacher training colleges, ENS Lyon is associated with a strong French tradition of excellence and public service.

Application Deadline: The applications for this grant will be accepted only through January 17, 2024.

Eligibility 

  • Candidates from all countries are eligible
  • Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • For Ampere Scholarships of Excellence: Applicants must have to enrol in the master’s degree program in any subject offered by the university.
  • For Milyon Scholarship: Applicants must have to enrol in the master’s degree program in advanced mathematics and fundamental computer science.

How to Apply

  • How to apply: To participate, the applicants need to submit an online application.
  • Supporting Documents: To apply, holders must be ready to submit the Motivation Letter, Curriculum Vitae, Certified copies of University degrees, in French or in English, Two referee forms from professors, a transcript.
  • Language Requirement: Applicants must have a certificate of Proficiency in French (DALF, DELF, TCF) and in English (IELTS or TOEFL). Holders also must have good command over French and English language.

Benefits

The maximum financial support is 1,000€ per month for 12 months during one or two academic years.
