Scholarships are offered to Asperger’s syndrome children to help them overcome in their daily life challenges towards achieving their dreams. Asperger’s syndrome is the fastest-growing autism disorder and serious developmental disability in various countries across the world.

There are various universities and organizations which are offering financial aid to encourage Asperger’s syndrome students to pursue higher studies. Diverse scholarships are offered to Asperger’s syndrome students for giving similar platform as normal college students.

American Association on Health and Disability (AAHD):

Autism Scholarship Program

Course: The parents of children with autism who qualify for a scholarship the choice to send the child to a special education program
Eligible: The student must have a current IEP from the district of residence that is finalized and all parties, including the parent, must be in agreement with the IEP

OAR Scholarship Program
Provider:  Organization for Autism Research (OAR)
Course: post-secondary, undergraduate education or vocational-technical
Eligible: Any individual with an established autism diagnosis and who will be attending an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education in the United States for the Fall 2017/Spring 2018 semesters is eligible to apply.
Award: $3,000
Application Deadline: May 6, 2019

Anne Ford Scholarship
Course:  graduating high school senior studies
Eligible: have an overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher on a 4-point scale (or equivalent).
Award: $10,000

McKay Scholarship
Provider: Florida’s school
Course: participating in a private school.
Eligible: Students with Disabilities
Award: opportunity to attend a participating private school.

 Postgraduate Research Scholarship
: La Trobe University and the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre (OTARC)
Course: Postgraduate Research
Eligible: A Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree with Honours.
Award: AUD $25,849 per annum
