Chevening Scholarship, administered by the British Council, offers exceptional candidates the opportunity to undergo post graduation in the United Kingdom. About 2,300 individuals across the world receive the scholarship every year. Usually, the scholarship is available to citizens of a country as one of the rules for selection implies that individuals should return to their home country and contribute to its socio-economic growth by applying information acquired in the UK.
Applications can be downloaded from the British Council website and the deadline for applications is April 30.

My friend a priest and he has been serve the people in the remote area in Indonesia. He is idealist and has very good vision about humanity. He is interested in continue his study in pastoral. Considering his excellent GPA, I think he should take study abroad. Could you tell me how to grant a scholarship in this field?
