Campus France is welcoming French applicants for the PhD Fellowship for the academic session of 2017. The fellowship is available to conduct research at Institute for Earth Sciences in the experimental geochemistry of Grenoble Alpes University.
The fellowship aims at exploring fluid-rock alteration processes thought to occur in the subsurface of icy planetary moons, using both experimental and modelling approaches.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following area for the fellowship:
- The applicant should have a Masters degree in geology, chemistry or physics by July 2018.
- Applicants must be a highly motivated student with a general interest in planetary science, geochemistry and hydrothermal processes, and also possessing solid experience in experimental laboratory and analytical work.
- The candidate should also have a strong background in both organic and inorganic chemistry, as well as thermodynamics. Knowledge of French is not mandatory, but the candidate must be fluent in English.
Nationality: French applicants are eligible for this fellowship.
