The University of Sheffield International Faculty, CITY College in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Kosovo are offering scholarships for Kosovo students. Scholarships are awarded to two (2) qualified students for pursuing Full – Time & Part – Time PhD studies at SEERC.
SEERC’s mission is to support the stable and peaceful development of South-East Europe by conducting pure and applied research in and for the region.

( votes)The South-East European Research Centre (SEERC) is an overseas research centre of the University of Sheffield, established as a non-profit legal entity in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing PhD studies at SEERC.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to conduct research in the fields of Enterprise, Innovation & Development, Information & Communication Technologies, and Society & Human Development.
Scholarship Award: The scholarships cover the program fees for 3 years (full-time programme) or 6 years (part-time programme).
Scholarship can be taken in the UK
Eligibility: The University has clear minimum entry requirements. These are the following:
- A relevant first Degree (Normally with Distinction)
- A Master’s Degree (Normally with Distinction)
- Proof of English Language Qualifications
Nationality: Students from Kosovo are eligible to apply.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have previous degree.
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirement: All non-UK applicants are expected to hold an acceptable English Language qualification.
How to Apply: All applications should be submitted at the Ministry. Moreover, an electronic version of the Research proposal and the CV should be sent by email to SEERC.
