-Applicant must be a multiple birth student (twin, triplet or higher order multiple)
– Applicant must be either
• A senior in high school with plans to attend a college, university, trade or vocational school; or
• A high school graduate or equivalent student currently attending or planning to attend a college, university, trade or vocational school as a degree seeking student.
– Applicant must be a resident of Iowa
– Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher is required

Scholarship Description: The Des Moines Mothers of Multiples (DMMOM) club is a non?profit organization founded in 1959 for the educational and support needs of parents of multiples. We are proud to offer up to two (2) scholarships for multiple birth students pursuing enrollment or currently enrolled in a college, university, trade or vocational school. The scholarship committee will review all applications completed by the stated deadline and select the recipients based upon the criteria and eligibility noted below. The award will be $350.00 for 2012?2013 academic year.
