The University of Maryland is offering free online course on Statistical Analysis in Bioinformatics. In this course, part of the Bioinformatics Micro Masters program, you will learn about the R language and environment and how to use it to perform statistical analyses of biological big datasets.

In this 8 week course, applicants will learn basic R programming to analyze biological big data to locate genes, perform simulations, and gauge the effect of specific markers. This course will start on March 26, 2018.
