University of Bergen

The University of Bergen, Norway is a benevolent institution that does not charge Tuition fees from Norwegian or international students for various postgraduate and undergraduate courses. The students in Exchange programs do not have to pay semester fees as well. For other students, the only amount payable is the semester fee, to be paid at the Student Welfare Organization.

Norwegian University of Science and Technology

The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) exempts tuition fees from resident and international students. The semester fee is 500 NOK and apart from this, students do need to pay for their boarding, lodging and other miscellaneous expenses. Even the Visa costs are not borne by this grant. The Master’s and Doctorate programs are mostly eligible for the grant, scholarships and quota schemes.

University College Dublin

University College Dublin, Ireland, offers a Tuition fee grant given by the Irish Exchequer that covers tuition fee for the students qualifying for the full-time undergraduate and the program will last for at least 2 years. Students availing free tuition fees should meet certain criteria which can be seen at the Universities website. The initiative for free fees is not meant for the part-time programs.

University of Birmingham

The University Of Birmingham, UK, offers International Postgraduate Scholarships to 20 meritorious students. The scholarship amount of 10,000 pounds is payable towards tuition fees for one year Master’s program. The field of study for qualified scholars must be Master’s degree full-time and on-campus program at the University of Birmingham.

Bocconi University

Bocconi University, Italy scholarship targets International students who desire full waiver on their tuition fees. The grant is worth 11,500 Euros per annum for undergraduates who are neither resident nor have done studies in Italy. The grant can be renewed for a maximum of two years. Candidates can apply during the admissions for Discover Your Talent programs.

Macquarie University

Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia offers the Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarship cover that offer scholarships for postgraduate and undergraduate programs. The full waiver is on the international tuition fees, and not on living expenses and others, and for eligibility the minimum GPA requirement is 3.7 out of 4.0 for postgraduate scholarships and ATAR of 96/100 for Undergraduate scholarships.

The University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt

The University of applied Sciences Frankfurt, Germany offers the student support program. After successfully completing the course, from emerging and developing countries international students receive free tuition, for the rest of the period of study, unless they are eligible for a loan.

College of the Ozarks

College of Ozarks, Missouri, USA is a liberal college that does not charge tuition fees from full time students. The program requires the students to work 15 hours per week in work station inside campus and 2-weeks of 40 hour work. The full tuition charge is accumulated by combining the earnings of the work program, state/federal aid for which the student qualifies and the Education Scholarship granted by the College of the Ozarks.

Berea College

Berea College, USA, offers 4-year scholarships on tuition fees to every student, amounting to nearly $100,000 for the duration of four years.  The students are selected on the basis of their academic qualifications and financial abilities, and there are other grants and scholarships to avail as well so that the entire tuition fees are covered. One aspect in which this college differs is that the College also provides boarding costs and other fees.

Curtis Institute of Music

Curtis Institute of Music, USA, offers all scholarship programs based on merit. The scholarships are for graduate and undergraduate students and for graduates it amounts to $50,100 and for undergraduates $37,600. There is no application process, and all students receive this grant without taking their financial condition under consideration.
