• A newly admitted doctoral student with outstanding academic records and who has not received any other scholarships from the Taiwan (R.O.C.) government.
• The NCTU Elite PhD Scholarship is only open for new international students to apply.
• The candidate should possess an outstanding academic record and has made exceptional contributions to research fields.

• Supporting Documents: If you wish to participate, you need to submit your transcripts, two letters of recommendation, proof of nationality, confidential financial statement, proof of language ability, proof of Chinese proficiency, proof of work experience, and GMAT/GRE scores.
