    Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an agriculturist and taking my PhD degree from Institute of Environmental Science, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. I have successfully completed 10 courses on Enviornmental Science. The title of my thesis is Effectiveness of Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus on controlling Helicoverpa armigera as an alternative biopesticide. There are 4 experiments in my research. I have all through first class from Secondary School Certificate to MS. I have 4 full scientific publications in different journals. Very soon I submit my thesis. Due to the fellow of Environmental Sceince and my research work on Plant Pathology, so I can compete for the post doc post.

I welcome any opportunity to discuss about my comments with you and I look forward to hear from you.

  6. M.Pandiyan says:

    Respected Sir/Madam
    greetings

I am Dr.M.Pandiyan, PhD., working as Associate
Professor Plant Breeding and Genetics. Tamil Nadu
    Agricultural University, National Pulses Research
    Centre, Vamban. Tamil Nadu. India

I developed interspecific derivative line which is immune to yellow mosaic
virus resistance confirmed with SSR primers and agro infection test

In India, Legume crops are second major crop next to
paddy and wheat particularly greengram Vigna
    radiata(mungbean)and blackgram Vigna mungo
(urdbean)are main pulse crops. Now in these crop
highly affected by YELLOW MOSAIC VIRUS disease. we
have resistant varieties in blackgram. In case of
greengram at present there is no resistant variety in
india . I kept in mind that problems, for eradication
of this serious disease i studied well of Vigna wild
species. i found one species that is Vigna umbellata
has 100 per cent resistant at field condition
thoughout the year for eight years of my observation
and agro infection test also it found resistant against yellow mosaic virus.
I used this wild species to
improve greengram (gene transfer methodology through
conventional breeding) I have developed mapping
population in this crop. i have 187 lines as
population for Yellow mosaic virus disease (Vigna
radiata x Vigna umbellata). out of 187 lines, 3 lines
showed complete yellow mosaic virus resistant
particularly one line very good yield potential with
high level of ymv resistant like male parent. the
phenotype of this plant is female and pods characters
    are male.

Now i checked and confirmed polymorphism of this resistant line by adzuki
bean markers at NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGROBIOLOGICAL SCIENCE, GENE BANK
    LABORATORY,TSUKUBA, JAPAN. by MAS method

I need to analysis remaining 186 lines and i tag the resistant genes and i
    also construct map.
If I get post doctorial fellowship i will do it further which will be
usefull to all mungbean breeders where this yellow mosaic
problem is found. if i get permission from you i bring the materials and
test it there and share it. Apart from this cross combination i am being
conventional breeder now i am involving molecular breeding
I have developed greengram x silvestris, Greengram x
glabresense, greengram x trilobata and blackgrams x
silvestris for ymv disease resistant population.
    kindly give ur valuable suggestion

I am also involving depatment of biotechnology ,India
project on development of mungbean yellow mosaic
virus resistant gene analoge and mapping population

If i get chance definitely i will do better my level
    best

if i get green signal i will send my full biodata. no .of paper published 35 recent publication within five years is 20

    thank you

    Dear Sir
I’m a lecturer in Microbiology Dept. (Plant Pathology ), Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.. My Master study was on the diagnosis and identification of Ralstonia solanacearum, the causal agent of potato wilt disease. During my M.Sc. study I worked on several novel and rapid techniques for the identification of this pathogenic bacterium. My Ph.D study was on the biocontrol of potato wilt disease caused by pathogenic F. oxysporum and stem canker disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani through the use of antagonistic bioagents (bacteri, actinomycetes, yeasts and mould fungi). I did the majority of my Ph.D work in ISPA, CNR, Bari, Italy under the supervision of a senior researcher called Dr Maurizio Vurro.
I am looking forward to having a position and a postdoctoral study in your institute. Beside I learned the basics of Italian language and my study was in english language.
It honors me to having a position and complete my postdoctoral researches in your institute.
