Waterford Institute of Technology is delighted to announce the President’s Scholarships for Irish students in Ireland. These scholarships are available for pursuing an undergraduate program in the field of Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Humanities and Science & Computing.

WIT’s President’s scholarship scheme encourages and rewards inspiring young people who show a capacity to shape a better society.

Waterford Institute of Technology is a state-funded third-level educational freely available large scale institution situated in the city of Waterford, Ireland.

Brief Description

• Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing the undergraduate program.
• Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Humanities, and Science & Computing.
• Scholarship Award: The program will see five exceptional young students being awarded scholarships with a total value of up to €12,000.
• Number of Scholarships: There are five scholarships available.
• Scholarship can be taken in Ireland

Eligibility

• To be eligible for the award the applicant should be domiciled in Ireland.
• The scholarship is only open to students who have completed their Leaving Certificate, although it’s not necessary to have completed it this year.

• You must apply for a WIT course through the CAO at http://www.cao.ie
• Apply for the WIT President’s Scholarship using the online form on this webpage.
• You have to submit the following documents such as:
• Your CAO number
• The academic school for which you are applying and your preferred level 8 and level 6/7 courses within that school.
• Your summary statement
• Your most recent exam results
• Any documentation to support your application
