The different programs and levels are as follows:

1-MBA Programs

There are two formats of MBA programs offered by the school. One is the full time one which and other the evening or the part-time one for working professionals.

Full-Time MBA

This program is spread over 22 months and is an intensive program, which combines the best of theory and practical real world experience. The focus in on inculcating leadership skills, providing world-class opportunities and all rounded exposure with company visits, visiting professionals, team assignments and many other facilities.

Students have the option of going for traditional course content or the International business track. In the traditional track, one can leverage in-depth experience and learning opportunity by working a leading San Diego based company for a consulting assignment spread over an entire semester. In the International track course, students get the opportunity to complete two projects in two different global locations. The access to leading experts and eminent professors, coupled with the small class sizes enables students to focus better and have a sound foundation. Additionally, emphasis is given on improving personal skills and deriving leadership acumen.

Both courses have the option of a short or a one semester study abroad facility. Students have access to study from the 20 partner universities across the globe. Easy access to industry experts, corporate leaders, networking etc. is also organized.

Evening MBA

The entire course content and the opportunities are the same as the full time one. The only difference is the fact that it caters to the working professionals who would like to pursue education as they work and hence grow in their current career paths.

Custom Corporate Program

This program is custom made for corporate executives that can be conducted on-site of the concerned company or on the University campus.

Another offering is the MBA for Corporate Counsel

This accelerated 17 month program is for those professionals who are already employed as corporate counsel. This course aims to give them the business insights and help them integrate law and business together to become better rounded professionals.

Dual Degrees

This course is specifically designed to enable students acquire two degrees in less time. The options are the Intra-University Dual Degree that involves additional degree in Juris Doctor, Real Estate and Non-Profit Management along with their MBA.

The International Dual Degree involves spend one year at the San Diego campus and the other in Mexico or Germany. They would be studying at the EGADE Business School of the Tecnológico de Monterrey with locations in Mexico City or the Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.

2-Specialized Masters

These are highly specialized majors in niche areas like accountancy, real estate, taxation and supply chain management. This course helps professionals who have the basic skill sets and qualifications in these areas or are keen to further their career prospects in their chosen field. The course helps them fine tune their skills and hone their personality to do better and succeed faster.

3-Business Leadership Masters

These two courses are completely designed to nurture, cultivate and create an effective leader. Leadership skills form an integral part of running and leading a team of people across levels. There are two programs in this category as follows:

Master of Science in Executive Leadership

Designed to enable each student realize the power and responsibility that is inherent in any senior management role, the program imparts critical inter-personal skills and business interaction tactics that can be of immense value in the practical running of any business..

Master of Science in Global Leadership

This program is for working professionals who can learn a mix of theory and practical tips to attain the confidence and skills to be global leaders in any arena.
