Strategic Medical Education Scholarship (MEdS)

To fund pilot projects, which will produce data needed for applications to external funding agencies, the University of Toronto’s Department of Medicine has designed the Strategic Medical Education Scholarship (MEdS) for the academic year 2022-2023.

The Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto is offering this opportunity to all interested international students and Canadian national students who have undertaken research studies. It is suggested that the research projects promote research and scholarship in areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion; competency-based education and teaching innovation receive preference. The selected faculty member will be awarded up to $10,000.
