The Fellowship provides an opportunity for young scientists, teachers and researchers from the developing countries (other than India) to undertake research studies in India. The fellowship covers short-term, participatory research studies in all major disciplines of science and technology including engineering and medical sciences at the Indian Centres of Excellence. Up to 10 Fellowships are provided annually for the duration of three months. The applications deadline is 31st October every year.

Masters Fellowships in Public Health and Tropical Medicine
Wellcome Trust is offering masters’ fellowships for junior researchers to gain research experience and high-quality research training. Fellows must be based in a low- or middle-income country for their research project. A Fellowship normally provides up to 30 months’ support. The application deadline is closed.

International Students House Residential Haiti Scholarships
Applications are invited for residential Haiti scholarships in London for the September 2014 intake. Preference will be given to postgraduate students who are studying a course that will provide skills to assist in the development of their home country. Scholarships provide free accommodation at ISH for up to a year and in exceptional circumstances up to three years. As all applications are handled by partner institutions, different deadlines will apply.

Colorado State University scholarship for Haitians
The Organization of American States (OAS) is offering scholarships to qualified candidates of the Americas to participate in the master’s degree program. The scholarship will cover USD $50,000of the tuition and fees. The last date of submission of application is 15 February, 2015.

TWAS-UPM Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme

Applicants must be of 30 years of maximum age for postgraduate and 40 years for a postdoctoral programme on 31 December of the application year.

TÜBITAK Graduate Haiti Scholarship Programme
Haiti scholarship is available for pursuing a graduate degree (master and doctoral). Applicants must be 30 years old or younger for the MSc/MA programs and 35 years old or younger for the PhD programs on the first day of the application period. The maximum duration for the scholarship is 2 years for the Masters and 4 years for the PhD program.

TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme for Haitians
Applications are invited for TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme available for Haitians. Fellowships are tenable at key biotechnology research institutions in India for a period of up to five years. DBT will provide a monthly stipend to cover for living costs, food and health insurance.

TWAS-ICCBS Fellowship Program for Haitians
Haiti fellowships are available for pursuing research at postgraduate (PhD) and postdoctoral level. The full-time fellowship is granted for a maximum 4 years for PhD Sandwich Fellowships. ICCBS will provide a monthly stipend which should be used to cover living costs, such as food, accommodation, local transportation and incidental illness.

ESMT Haiti Scholarships in Germany
