International PhD Position in Computational Biology Using Machine Learning to Understand the Immune System

Radboud University is seeking two PhD candidates to join its Faculty of Science. These positions involve applying AI and machine learning to understand immune cell movement, using simulations and developing new methods to extract knowledge from videos of immune cells.

To be eligible, applicants should hold a master’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or another relevant discipline. You might, for example, be a biologist with experience in simulation modelling and/or machine learning, or a data scientist with a strong interest in biological applications.
