The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation is also known as Farnesina as a metonym. It is the foreign ministry of the government of the Republic of Italy.

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Master’s Degree/Higher Education in Arts, Music, and Dance (AFAM) Programmes and PhD.
  • Admissible Criteria: Applicants for Master’s Degree/Higher Education in Arts, Music, and Dance (AFAM) Programmes/ Italian Language and Culture advanced Courses should have attained the age of majority and shall not exceed the age of 28 years and 364 days by the deadline of this call (June 9th, 2022), with the sole exception of renewals.
  • Applicants for PhD Programmes should have attained the age of majority and shall not exceed the age of 30 years and 364 days by the deadline of this call (June 9th 2022), with the sole exception of renewals.

How to Apply

  • How to apply: For this program, applicants need to choose their subjects first to study after that they can register themselves through the registration form to study in Italy. Students will be select by the committee and notified through the email.
  • Supporting Documents: Candidates must have their passport or identity card, academic transcripts, and curriculum vitae while registering their applications.
  • Admission Requirements: For a master’s degree course a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree for a PhD course, and a PhD degree for a research program are required.
  • Language Requirement: Participants are bound to show their language proficiency for Italian-taught courses and English-taught courses.

Benefits

The winner of a scholarship, based on the starting date of the grant and the number of months indicated in the “Dichiarazione di assegnazione di borsa di studio” (Awarding Letter), will receive a monthly amount of 900 euros paid quarterly to the personal current account, opened in his/her name, with an Italian banking Institution.

    Can’t open Registration Form: studyinitaly.esterit.it/restrazione. Response is: the website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. But deadline is 30 May, 2019 i.e the day after tomorrow! Could you send me another link to that effect? I have a keen interest in applying for the Award related to 900 Euros monthly allowance, health insurance and tuition fees.
    I have finished Advanced Studies; taking Economics, Geography and Mathematics. I am a 19 Year’s old Tanzanian and my country is eligible.
