Award Details: Scholarship Benefits include: Airplane ticket or airfare: The grantees will receive an airplane ticket or be paid an economy class airfare of the shortest route between their country and Korea when they come to Korea, and, thereafter, when they leave Korea after the completion of their study. Monthly Stipend: 800,000 won per month; Tuition: The tuition fee up to 5 million won is exempted by the Korean Government, and if any, the tuition fee exceeding 5 million won and the entrance fee for the first semester by the host university.; Settlement Allowance: 200,000 won upon arrival; Repatriation Allowance: 100,000 won upon completion of studies; Korean Language Training Expenses: The full costs up to 1 year (NIIED pays directly to the language training institution); Medical Insurance: The grantees will be provided with health insurance for major accidents and illnesses during their scholarship period.; The grantee who has level 5 or higher in TOPIK will receive 100,000 won per month after being enrolled at a university in his/her higher degree.

CIMO Fellowships for Brazilian Doctoral Students in Finland

Eligible Students: The primary target groups in the CIMO Fellowships programme are such Doctoral level students who will be doing their Doctorate (or Double Doctorate) at a Finnish university. Visiting Doctoral-level students and researchers who are doing their Doctorate degree at some foreign university can also be considered eligible, provided that the motivation letter of the hosting Finnish university department presents exceptionally good grounds for such an application.
-The programme is open for applicants from all countries. However, when decisions on scholarship are made, emphasis is given to applicants from Russia, China, India, Chile, Brazil and North America.
Award Details: The monthly allowance is 1500 euros. The scholarship is intended to cover living expenses in Finland for a single person. No additional allowance for housing is paid. Expenses due to international travel to and from Finland are not covered by CIMO.
Application Deadline: There are no annual application deadlines in the CIMO Fellowship programme. Applications may be considered at all times.

Rothamsted International Fellowship Scheme for Brazilian Students in UK

Eligible Students: The applicant should be of doctoral status, with at least two years post-doctoral experience. Candidates without Higher Degrees must have equivalent research experience to be considered eligible for the scheme. Applications will not be considered where the main objective of the visit is research leading to a higher degree for the Candidate.
Course: Fellowship is awarded to mid-career postdoctoral scientists for undertaking research.
Award Details: The fellowship provides funding for: an accommodation and subsistence allowance; one return journey between the home country and Rothamsted; a contribution towards institute/ project research costs.

Chevening/Clore Fellowship for Mid-career Professionals for Brazilians  in UK

JNCASR-CICS Fellowship Programme for Brazilians in India

 Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR ) Bangalore and the Centre for International Co-operation in Science(CICS) Chennai, India
Eligible Students: Applicant must be a scientist, teacher or a research scholar affiliated to a scientific or academic institution in a developing country in Asia (other than India), Africa, Latin America and Arab region. Applicant (other than Indian) possessing Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Science or equivalent degree in Engineering/ Medicine and allied disciplines, below 45 years of age affiliated to a scientific or academic institution in a developing country (Other than India).
Course: Fellowships are available to undertake research studies (short-term, participatory research) in India.
Award Details: The Fellowship Applications will be scrutinized during November/December every year by a selection committee. The Fellowship covers return airfare from place of work in their home country to place of work in India, boarding and lodging at the affiliated institution/s, and an adequate allowance in Indian currency to cover incidental expenses. The CICS will facilitate the issuance of visa to the awardees. The awardees are allowed to choose the fellowship period mutually convenient to them and the host institute.

Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholarship for Brazilians in Journalism, Media and Globalisation

Eligible Students: To be eligible for the scholarship the students must have obtained a first higher education degree before the course start of the Mundus Journalism; Individuals who have already benefited from an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for a Master’s programme are not eligible for a second scholarship for another Erasmus Mundus Master’s programme.
Course: Scholarship is available for pursuing master program
Award Details: Category A scholarships are expected to be worth €48,000 for the 2015-2017 programme. The fee is subtracted from the scholarship. There is free insurance for Mundus stipend holders. Category B scholarships are expected to be worth €23,000 for the 2015-2017 programme. Information and assistance on the Erasmus+ stipends will be provided at Aarhus University after the start of the course. The stipend is about 230 Euros per month for 10 months. So far all eligible students have received this stipend.

OAS-GCUB Scholarship for Brazilians Students in Brazil
Scholarship Provider:
 The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Coimbra Group of Brazilian Universities (GCUB), with the support of the Division of Educational Topics of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, through the OAS Partnerships Program for Education and Training (PAEC).

Science Without Borders Scholarship Program for Brazilian Students

Eligible Students: The scholarships are intended for candidates of proven academic performance and potential and candidates who have been approved for foreign institution of excellence. For the modality of Full Doctorate scholarship, some institutions do not require a master’s degree; Being Brazilian or foreigner with permanent visa in Brazil;
Course: Scholarships are awarded for pursuing PhD or postdoctoral program in abroad.
Award Details: Doctoral Scholarships are awarded up to 48 months. If you have already started the PhD prior to the award of the scholarship shall be deducted the period attended. Postdoctoral scholarships are awarded for 6 to 12 months, extendable up to 24 months.

ISN Fellowship Program for Brazilians

Eligible Students: Applicant must at least 30 years of age? (If you are over 40, you may only apply for a short-term fellowship – even so over 45 years, you may not be successful).
Course: Fellowship program provides relevant and contemporary nephrology training to physicians.
Award Details: The total sum of the grant is in alignment with the length of the training and varies according to the anticipated expenses in the host country, as per World Bank data. Grants are intended to cover, or offset, all costs related to the Fellowship, including travel, accommodation and living expenses. The grant is intended to cover expenses of the fellow, not his/her family.
