Brazilian Nuclear History Fellowship for International Fellows

Monthly Stipend: 800,000 won per month; Tuition: The tuition fee up to 5 million won is exempted by the Korean Government, and if any, the tuition fee exceeding 5 million won and the entrance fee for the first semester by the host university.; Settlement Allowance: 200,000 won upon arrival; Repatriation Allowance: 100,000 won upon completion of studies; Korean Language Training Expenses: The full costs up to 1 year (NIIED pays directly to the language training institution); Medical Insurance: The grantees will be provided with health insurance for major accidents and illnesses during their scholarship period.; The grantee who has level 5 or higher in TOPIK will receive 100,000 won per month after being enrolled at a university in his/her higher degree.

CIMO Fellowships for International Doctoral Students in Finland
Scholarship Provider: The Centre for International Mobility (CIMO)
Eligible Students: The primary target groups in the CIMO Fellowships programme are such Doctoral level students who will be doing their Doctorate (or Double Doctorate) at a Finnish university. Visiting Doctoral-level students and researchers who are doing their Doctorate degree at some foreign university can also be considered eligible, provided that the motivation letter of the hosting Finnish university department presents exceptionally good grounds for such an application.
-The programme is open for applicants from all countries. However, when decisions on scholarship are made, emphasis is given to applicants from Russia, China, India, Chile, Brazil and North America.
Award Details: The monthly allowance is 1500 euros. The scholarship is intended to cover living expenses in Finland for a single person. No additional allowance for housing is paid. Expenses due to international travel to and from Finland are not covered by CIMO.
Application Deadline: There are no annual application deadlines in the CIMO Fellowship programme. Applications may be considered at all times.

Rothamsted International Fellowship Scheme in UK
Scholarship Provider: Rothamsted Research Limited, UK
Eligible Students: The applicant should be of doctoral status, with at least two years post-doctoral experience. Candidates without Higher Degrees must have equivalent research experience to be considered eligible for the scheme. Applications will not be considered where the main objective of the visit is research leading to a higher degree for the Candidate.
Course: Fellowship is awarded to mid-career postdoctoral scientists for undertaking research.
Award Details: The fellowship provides funding for: an accommodation and subsistence allowance; one return journey between the home country and Rothamsted; a contribution towards institute/ project research costs.

Chevening/Clore Fellowship for Mid-career Professionals in UK

JNCASR-CICS Fellowship Programme for Brazilians in India
Scholarship Provider: Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR ) Bangalore and the Centre for International Co-operation in Science(CICS) Chennai, India
Eligible Students: Applicant must be a scientist, teacher or a research scholar affiliated to a scientific or academic institution in a developing country in Asia (other than India), Africa, Latin America and Arab region. Applicant (other than Indian) possessing Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Science or equivalent degree in Engineering/ Medicine and allied disciplines, below 45 years of age affiliated to a scientific or academic institution in a developing country (Other than India).
Course: Fellowships are available to undertake research studies (short-term, participatory research) in India.
Award Details: The Fellowship Applications will be scrutinized during November/December every year by a selection committee. The Fellowship covers return airfare from place of work in their home country to place of work in India, boarding and lodging at the affiliated institution/s, and an adequate allowance in Indian currency to cover incidental expenses. The CICS will facilitate the issuance of visa to the awardees. The awardees are allowed to choose the fellowship period mutually convenient to them and the host institute.

Lex:lead Group Law Scholarship

Eligible Students: Qualified students (citizens of a least developed country and enrolled in a law program in an eligible least developed country) are invited to register using the forms below. Once registered, essays on this year’s topic are to be submitted by 31 December 2015.

Award Details: A panel of international judges will assess the essays with one-time awards of US$500. That award cheques are made out to the applicant’s educational institution for use toward the student’s tuition and/or books less any applicable bank conversion fees and/or taxes.

Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholarship in Journalism, Media and Globalisation

Eligible Students: To be eligible for the scholarship the students must have obtained a first higher education degree before the course start of the Mundus Journalism; Individuals who have already benefited from an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for a Master’s programme are not eligible for a second scholarship for another Erasmus Mundus Master’s programme.
Course: Scholarship is available for pursuing master program
Award Details: Category A scholarships are expected to be worth €48,000 for the 2015-2017 programme. The fee is subtracted from the scholarship. There is free insurance for Mundus stipend holders. Category B scholarships are expected to be worth €23,000 for the 2015-2017 programme. Information and assistance on the Erasmus+ stipends will be provided at Aarhus University after the start of the course. The stipend is about 230 Euros per month for 10 months. So far all eligible students have received this stipend.

Lina Bo Bardi Fellowship Programme for UK Applicants in Brazil
Scholarship Provider: The Lina Bo Bardi Fellowship is organised by the British Council, and supported by SESC SP and Instituto Lina Bo e P.M. Bardi.
Eligible Students: To apply for the scholarship applicants should be UK-based architects, designers or artists, ideally with some professional experience. This opportunity is open to practicing professionals, not just newly graduates; For this round, practitioners in fields other than architecture and design are also welcome to apply (e.g. dance, performance or choreography; history, social sciences or philosophy).
Course: This is four year fellowship programme for architects, designers and artists.
Award Details: Fellows are supported with a travel grant and accomodation for a 4-6 week trip to Brazil, as well as mentoring, advice and contacts from Lina Bo Bardi scholars, the British Council and Brazilian partners. In a second phase, the Fellow may be awarded seed-funding to pursue a project in the UK that builds on their research in Brazil.

ITS Global Policy Fellowship Program for International Applicants in Brazil

Eligible Students: ITS is looking for students, researchers, and professionals who are following the debates in the public policy field, and who want to spend part of their summer/winter in Brazil, learning about Internet policy. People from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Course: This is a four weeks fellowship programme.
Award Details: Fellowship Package includes: Intensive 4-week program for the fellows; Air tickets to São Paulo and Brasília; Accommodation in São Paulo and Brasília during the days of our visit; Shared office space at headquarters for four weeks and a visit to a “samba” music club will also be organized, but is not mandatory.

Science Without Borders Scholarship Program for Brazilian Students

Eligible Students: The scholarships are intended for candidates of proven academic performance and potential and candidates who have been approved for foreign institution of excellence. For the modality of Full Doctorate scholarship, some institutions do not require a master’s degree; Being Brazilian or foreigner with permanent visa in Brazil;
Course: Scholarships are awarded for pursuing PhD or postdoctoral program in abroad.
Award Details: Doctoral Scholarships are awarded up to 48 months. If you have already started the PhD prior to the award of the scholarship shall be deducted the period attended. Postdoctoral scholarships are awarded for 6 to 12 months, extendable up to 24 months.

ISN Fellowship Program for Developing Countries

Award Details: The total sum of the grant is in alignment with the length of the training and varies according to the anticipated expenses in the host country, as per World Bank data.
