UNESCO/Israel (MASHAV) Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme is available for course on in Educational Methodologies – Youth At-Risk: Preventing Student Dropouts and Facilitating Reintegration”. Beneficiaries of these fellowships will be given the opportunity of participating in a variety of training courses in Israel. The Desmond Tutu Masters Scholarship at University of Edinburgh in UK, 2016-2017
University of Edinburgh is inviting applications for Desmond Tutu Masters Scholarship for Africans. The scholarship will be awarded to a student from Africa who is accepted for admission on a full-time basis for a postgraduate Master’s programme of study within the School of Divinity. Birkbeck, University of London is offering Patrick McAuslan Scholarship for students from East African countries. The scholarship covers tuition fees of £14,775 for one full-time international student of the LLM in International Economic Law (Intensive – Justice and Development pathway).

2016 University of Cambridge Clutton-Brock Scholarship for Zimbabwean Students, UK
The University of Cambridge awards Clutton-Brock Scholarship for Zimbabwean students. Scholarships are available for a one-year graduate taught course, leading to a postgraduate qualification (usually the MPhil degree) and a three-year course of research, leading to the PhD degree.

Curtin International Merit Scholarships in Australia, 2016
Curtin University is offering merit scholarships within the faculty Health Sciences, Curtin Business School, Science & Engineering, Humanities. This scholarship is only for international, full fee-paying, non-sponsored students to commence their studies at Curtin’s Western Australia campuses in 2016. Masters Fellowships in Public Health and Tropical Medicine
Wellcome Trust is offering masters fellowships for junior researchers to gain research experience and high-quality research training at Master’s degree level. Fellows must be based in a low- or middle-income country for their research project. A Fellowship normally provides up to 30 months’ support. The application deadline is 19 August 2015.

African Graduate Fellowship at American University in Cairo
American University in Cairo is offering graduate fellowship for Non-Egyptian African nationals. Fellowship is available for pursuing graduate (master) degree level at The American University in Cairo, Egypt. Applicants must have bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum overall rating of very good, an overall grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent. Fellowships are awarded for two academic years and the intervening summer session. Application should be submitted till December 15.

African Postgraduate Scholarships at Edinburgh Napier University 
Edinburgh Napier University is inviting applications for merit based African postgraduate scholarships. The scholarships of between GBP £1000 – £3000 are for entry onto a full time postgraduate programme in September 2015 and January 2016. Students who are domiciled in Africa at the time of application and are self-funding their course are eligible for a merit based scholarships. Applications for courses are submitted by July for courses starting in September and by the end of November for courses starting in January.

International Scholarship Scheme at Southampton Solent University
Scholarships for Zimbabweans are available for pursuing a full-time course at Southampton Solent University. Southampton Solent University is offering a limited number of scholarships. Scholarship Award of £1,000 towards tuition fee payment for first year of study will be awarded. The application deadline is 31 July 2015.

RREF MSc Scholarship for Zimbabwean Student 
The Reading Real Estate Foundation is offering a MSc Scholarship for African Student to pursue full-time postgraduate real estate & planning programme at Henley Business School. Successful students will receive the full degree tuition fees of their chosen Real Estate & Planning postgraduate programme and the opportunity to act as an Ambassador for RREF. ANESI’s Visiting Fellowship for Outstanding Women Geoscientists
Applications are invited for ANESI’s visiting Fellowship for Outstanding Women Geoscientists. Fellowship is availble for best performing female students to pursue post-graduate education (PhD programmes) and career in Earth sciences. A maximum grant of 2500 USD/fellow will cover the travel and subsistence costs. Two months Visiting fellowships is funded in the general framework of 2014-2017 Programme Cooperation Agreement between UNESCO and the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida). MSc Environmental Health Scholarship for Zimbabwean Students
University of West of England Bristol is awarding MSc environmental health scholarship for African students. Students must have either an unconditional offer or a conditional offer based on either a predicted 1st class degree or IELTS if required. Scholarship covers 50% of tuition fee. P4hpt PhD and Masters Scholarships for Zimbabwean Students
Partnering for Health Professionals Training in African Universities (P4HPT), an EU-funded project under the Intra-ACP Academic Mobility Scheme is offering PhD and masters scholarships for African students. The programme awards scholarships to postgraduate students and staff from various African countries to study at one of the partner institutions. There are 41 full-time Masters Scholarships and 18 full-time PhD Scholarships. The deadline for this call is 12th June, 2015.

Mauritius-Africa Scholarships for Undergraduate Students in Mauritius
Government of Mauritius is offering Africa scholarships for pursuing undergraduate study at public tertiary education institutions in Mauritius. Up to 50 scholarships will be awarded for a maximum of four (4) years depending on the course duration. Scholarship will cover a monthly living allowance of Rs 8,300, annual tuition fees of up to Rs 100,000 and Airfare (economy class student fare) for the most economical route at the start and end of the studies. Application should be submitted till 30th June 2015.

Collaborative Master’s in Agricultural and Applied Economics (CMAAE) MSc Fellowships
African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) is funding Agricultural and Applied Economics (CMAAE) MSc fellowships. Fellowships will be available in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, and South Africa. Applicants must be enrolled in any of the collaborating or partner universities. The deadline for applications is July 30, 2015.

Intermediate Fellowships for Developing Countries
Wellcome Trust is offering research fellowships in Public Health and Tropical Medicine. The fellowships are awarded for up to five years and provide a basic salary. It covers research expenses and training costs. Applicants must have a relevant high-quality publication record and show potential to become a future scientific leader. Fellowships will be offered for up to five years (non-renewable). Full application deadline is 8 July 2015.

Steve Huckvale Scholarships for Zimbabweans
University of Bath is offering scholarships for Zimbabweans. Each Scholarship is worth £5,000. Each is awarded as a discount in tuition fees and is for one year only. There are two scholarships available. Scholarships cannot be deferred to a later year. The application deadline is 30th June 2015.

Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation in Sub-Saharan Africa
Applications are invited for Africa Prize from ambitious and talented sub-Saharan African engineers from all disciplines to stimulate, celebrate and reward innovation and entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa. Shortlisted applicants will receive a six-month package of tailored support to help them achieve commercial success from their innovation. The overall winner will receive £25,000 (or local currency equivalent). Runners-up will also receive a cash prize. The application deadline is 29 June 2015.

MBA Full-time Scholarship for Zimbabwean Students
University of Strathclyde is offers full-time scholarship for female students from Asia/Africa. Scholarship is available for pursuing master’s degree in business administration at University of Strathclyde. Candidates must demonstrate through their ideas, experience and achievements that they are an excellent team player, with a strong vision for the future. The amount of scholarship is £10,000. Awards will automatically be deducted from tuition fees. The application deadline is 31 May 2015.

David Oyedepo Foundation Scholarship Program in Nigeria
David Oyedepo Foundation is offering full tuition scholarship for African students to study at the Covenant University and Landmark University. Eligible applicant must be a national and resident of an Africa and not more than 23years old at time of application. The scholarship is for 4 or 5 years, this is subject to university stipulated time for course completion. The maximum duration of scholarship award is 5 years for undergraduate programs. The application deadline is 31 May, 2015.

International Students House Residential Scholarships for Zimbabweans
Applications are invited for residential scholarships for Zimbabweans in London for the September 2015 intake. Preference will be given to postgraduate students who are studying a course that will provide skills to assist in the development of their home country. Students must have a good proven academic record, with every prospect of success in their study and future careers. Applications will close on May 31st 2015.

IDPM Development Leadership Scholarships
University of Manchester is offering three IDPM Development Leadership Scholarships. Scholarships provide a full tuition fee waiver for on-campus Masters programmes commencing in September 2015, valued at up to £16,000. To be eligible for the scholarships, applicants should already hold an unconditional offer to study on an IDPM Master’s programme and must not have previously studied in a developed country. The closing date for applications for September 2015 is 29 May 2015.

Postgraduate Taught Country Scholarships at University of Reading 
University of Reading is offering Postgraduate Taught Country Scholarships for international students. To be eligible for the Postgraduate Taught Country Scholarships applicants must have an offer for a full-time Master’s programme and assessed as an ‘International/Overseas’ student for funding purposes. The Scholarship is worth £5000. The closing date for application is 29 May, 2015.

Mo Ibrahim Foundation MSc Scholarship for Zimbabweans
This scholarship for Zimbabweans is available for pursuing master’s degree level at University of Birmingham in UK. Applicants must have the equivalent of a first class UK bachelors’ degree and be African nationals domiciled in an African country. Applicants should reach at least level 6.5 in the IELTS or 580 /93 for TOEFL. Application deadline is 18 May 2015.

Norman E. Borlaug LEAP Fellowships for Sub-Saharan African Students
Applications are invited for Norman E. Borlaug LEAP (Leadership Enhancement in Agriculture Program) fellowships available for Sub-Saharan African students. The program supports engaging a mentor at a US university and a CGIAR center. The award level is US$20,000 for a maximum of one year. The funds are administered as a grant to the US university mentor. The application deadline is May 15, 2015.


Curtin International Merit Scholarship in Australia, 2015
Curtin University is inviting applications for international scholarships – Merit scholarship for pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degree level. The students of Bangladesh, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nigeria, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, Zambia or Zimbabwe can apply for the scholarship. This scholarship provides eligible students 25% of their first year tuition fee, up to a maximum of AUD$10,000. The application deadline is 13 February 2015.

IJP Southern African Journalists’ Bursary Programme in Africa and Germany, 2015
Applications are invited for Journalism Bursary programme for 2015 academic year. Up to six bursary are open to young southern African (SADC-member states: Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe + Kenia) and up to five young German journalists. The bursary is intended to enable young journalists to gain valuable insights into the political, economical, cultural as well as the social fabric of the host country. The application deadline is February 15th, 2015.

Rhodes Scholarships for International Students
Rhodes Scholarships are awarded for pursuing full-time postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford, UK. 83 Rhodes scholars are selected annually from 14 countries or groupings of countries around the world. Each scholarship covers all University and College fees, a personal stipend and one economy class airfare to Oxford at the start of the scholarship as well as an economy flight back to the student’s home country at the conclusion of the scholarship. Applications will be open on 1st June 2014 for 2015 round with different deadlines for each country.

Graça Machel Scholarships for Women in South Africa, 2015
Canon Collins Educational and Legal Assistance Trust is inviting application for Graça Machel Scholarships for Women. Scholarships are available for pursuing honours, masters and PhD study at South African universities. Funding for up to a maximum of one year for Honours, two years for Masters and three years for PhD.  The application deadline is 28 July 2014 for study commencing in 2015.

Mexican Government Scholarship Program
Applications are invited for Mexican Government scholarship program available for foreign students. Scholarships for academic studies are offered for those who preferred to take complete programs for Specialization, Master’s or PhD Degrees and Postgraduate Researches. Likewise, the offer includes academic mobility for Bachelor’s and Postgraduate Degree. On the other hand, the scholarships for special programs are offered to take short-term fellowships addressed to Visiting Professors, Researchers in Mexico’s issues, Media Contributors, Art Production Fellowships, etc. The application deadline is July 31st, 2014.

DAAD Master Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance
DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is funding master scholarships in Public Policy and Good Governance at German institution in Germany. A monthly scholarship rate of currently 750 € will be awarded. Scholarships also provide health insurance, travel allowance as well as a study and research subsidy and in applicable cases accommodation subsidies and/or family allowances. The next application deadline is 31st July 2014.

Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) invites applications for college scholarships available for international students to study at a Japanese college of technology. A graduated grantee will be awarded a diploma and an associate degree. Scholarship awards will be tenable for four years from April, 2015 to March, 2019 including one-year preparatory education in the Japanese language and other subjects due to be provided upon arrival in Japan.

Postdoctoral Fellowships in Social Sciences
Call for Pre-Proposals for Postdoctoral Fellowships in the Social Sciences in Sub-Saharan and North Africa, jointly funded by the Gulbenkian Foundation and the Volkswagen Foundation. Postdoctoral fellowships are available in the fields of social sciences, including disciplines such as sociology, political science, economics, social anthropology and contemporary social or political history. The application deadline is June 27, 2014.

Stanford Africa Fellowships for MBA Students in USA, 2015
Applications are invited for Stanford Africa Fellowship. Up to eight fellowships are award annually. Fellowship pays for tuition and associated fees (approximately US $145,000) for citizens of African countries with financial need who wish to obtain an MBA at Stanford GSB. Application deadline is  8 June 2015.

TWAS-IACS Fellowship Program
Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science and TWAS are offering research fellowships for citizens of developing countries (other than India) at IACS. IACS will provide a monthly stipend to cover living costs, food and health insurance. The monthly stipend will not be convertible into foreign currency. The application deadline is 31st August 2014.

MRC TEG Training Fellowship Scheme in Medical Statistics
UK Medical Research Council (MRC) is offering training fellowship to undertake two years MSc training in Medical Statistics. For the first year the successful applicant will study for the MSc degree in Medical Statistics at the London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (LSHTM).  Application should be submitted till 30th April 2015.

Africa Postgraduate Scholarship 
Nottingham Trent University is offering Postgraduate Scholarship for Africans within the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment. To be eligible you’ll need to apply for one of the School’s Masters courses to start your studies in September 2014, by Monday 30 June 2014, and be offered a place on the course. Each scholarship is to the value of £6,000. The application deadline is 30 June 2014.

KNB Scholarship for Developing Countries Students
Applications are invited for Developing Countries Partnership Program on Scholarship or KNB Scholarship. This scholarship is available for the students of Developing Countries to pursue master degree at one of 13 prominent universities in Indonesia. The scholarship will be provided for a maximum of 36 months period of study (In case of early program completion, the scholarship will be stopped soon after the student set off for their home country). Application should be submitted till April 15th 2015.

Graduate Scholarship in Poverty Reduction and Sustainable Development (P&D), 2014
Brandeis University is offering graduate scholarship for the Master of Arts in Poverty Reduction and Sustainable Development (P&D) program. Scholarship will be awarded to an early- to mid-career development planner committed to poverty alleviation and community development within the region of Southern Africa. Scholarship includes full tuition and fees for the year-in-residence at Brandeis and all university fees for the second year field project. MBA Scholarships for Zimbabweans
University of Glasgow is offering MBA scholarships for Zimbabweans commencing in September 2014. The value of each scholarship is £5,000. The criteria for the scholarships are academic excellence and personal achievement. Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of their application for admission. The application deadline is 1 July 2014.


UCL IGH African Graduate Scholarships
Scholarships for Zimbabweans are available for pursuing masters’ degree at the UCL Institute for Global Health. Scholarships will be awarded towards tuition fees and living costs while studying at IGH. The Scholarship is a one-off award for the academic year September-September to study at the UCL Institute for Global Health. Applications should be submitted till May 8, 2015.

INSA JRD-Tata Fellowship Programme 
The Indian National Science Academy (INSA) offers fellowship programme for Zimbabweans. The fellowship covers return airfare from place of work in their home country to place of work in India. About 10 fellowships are awarded annually. The maximum period of award will be for three months. Last date of submitting applications is 30th April 2014.

Masters Scholarships for Zimbabweans
Scholarships for Zimbabweans are available for pursuing master degree level at Kasetsart University. Scholarships include tuition fee and monthly research assistant stipend including research expenditure and health insurance. Scholarships are available for two consecutive academic years of full-time graduate enrollment. Application deadline is April 30, 2014.

UNU-ISP PhD Scholarships for Zimbabweans
Scholarships for Zimbabweans are available for pursuing PhD degree at United Nations University. Applicants must demonstrated commitment to study and understand global issues. A limited number of PhD scholarships will be awarded for a maximum of 36 months. Online application deadline is 30th April 2015

Wellcome Trust International Engagement Awards
Wellcome Trust is offering awards for research applicants for 2015 intake. Applicants must be or collaborating with a researcher, research group or institution to provide expertise in the area of biomedical science you are exploring.  The scholarships will provide up to £30,000 for three years. Marshal Papworth Scholarships for Zimbabweans
Marshal Papworth Trust is offering scholarships for Zimbabweans. MSc & MA scholarships vary in value from £14,500 to £21,500 depending on location and chosen university/College. The scholarships are designed to fund the majority of tuition fees, living expenses and travel costs. Applications will close on 24th March 2014.

African Doctoral Dissertation Research Fellowships 
Fellowships are available to doctoral students who are within two years of completing their thesis at an African university. Each award will be up to a maximum of US$10,000. These fellowships will be awarded to doctoral students who are within two years of completing their thesis at an African university. Applicants must be able to complete their dissertation within 24 months of the start of the fellowship. The application deadline is  January 15th, 2015.

Canon Collins Scholarships for Zimbabweans
Canon Collins Trust invites applications for scholarships for Zimbabweans. There are approximately 7 scholarships which include full tuition fees, a monthly stipend, a return economy flight, a settling-in allowance and other support whilst in the UK. Applicants must be in possession of a good first degree (minimum second class, upper division or equivalent) or about to graduate in the year of application. The deadline for application is 26 February 2015.

BOF Doctoral Scholarships for Zimbabweans 
Scholarships for Zimbabweans are available for PhD students who wish to carry out half of their PhD research at Ghent University and half at a university in a developing country. The scholarship is offered for 24 months and will be divided into several periods within a span of 4 years. Applications will close on March 4, 2014.

University of Groningen Talent Grant
Applications are invited for University of Groningen Talent Grant available for students of developing countries. This grant is available for pursuing master programme, master (MSc/MA/LL.M.), Ph.D.master (MSc/MA/L.LM.) degree programme at University of Groningen. For Ph.D programmes , the grants will usually be awarded for a maximum period of four years and for a 1 year or 2 years Master’s degree programme. The grant covers tuition fee, costs of international travel, subsistence, books, and health insurance. The application deadline is January 15th, 2015.

RNTC Fellowships for Developing Countries’ Students 
Fellowships are available for RNTC postgraduate courses of different duration. RNTC Fellowships cover the course fee (up to 50%), not the costs for travel and accommodation. The fellowships will be awarded on academic and professional merit. The deadlines for application vary according to the subjects.

Georg Forster Research Fellowship (HERMES)
The Humboldt Foundation grants up to 80 Georg Forster Research Fellowships for postdoctoral researchers. Fellowships are available for periods of 6-24 months. The fellowship amount per month is 2.650 €. This includes a mobility allowance and a contribution towards health and liability insurance. Applications are accepted from 01.07.2013 until mid 2015.
