Scholarship Provider: Commonwealth Scholarship Commission
Eligible Students: Applicants from commonwealth country other than the UK are eligible to apply for this fellowship programme.
Courses: Fellowships are available to pursue Postdoctoral research programme.
Award Details: Research support grant of £2,500 per annum.
Stipend (living allowance) at the rate of £1,627 per month, or £2,019 per month for those at universities in the London metropolitan area (rates quoted at 2017-2018 levels).Study travel grant of £1,000 per award towards the costs of approved travel within the UK or overseas.

Eiffel Excellence Scholarship for Foreign Students at the University of Bordeaux in France, 2018

Scholarship Provider: The University of Bordeaux
Eligible Students: Candidates of any nationality are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
Courses: Scholarship is available to pursue master or doctoral programme.
Award Details: Eiffel fellows receive a monthly allowance of 1.181 € (€ 1,031 maintenance allowance + € 150 monthly allowance), to which is added the direct support of several services

12 Fully-funded Birkbeck Postgraduate Research Scholarships in UK, 2018-2019

Scholarship Provider: The School of Arts at Birkbeck, University of London
Eligible Students: UK/EU and International applicants are eligible to apply.
Courses: Applications are open to all students applying to undertake postgraduate research.
Award Details: The Birkbeck Postgraduate Research Scholarship awards will include a full fee waiver capped at the value of the full-time Home/EU rate for M.Phil/PhD degrees (currently £4,195), in addition to an annual stipend set at Research Council rates (currently £16,553; pro rata in the case of a part-time award).

Courses: Scholarships are available for pursuing postgraduate programme within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
Award Details: A variety of scholarships will be awarded up to the level of a fees bursary plus £15,000 maintenance.

Stephen M. Kellen Undergraduate Scholarship for International Students in France and Germany, 2018

Scholarship Provider: Sciences Po or Paris Institute of Political Studies
Eligible Students: Applicants of all nationalities are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
Courses: Scholarship is available to pursue Dual BA program.
Award Details: The Stephen M. Kellen scholarship covers two years of tuition fees at Sciences Po, in addition to a living allowance of $6.000/year for the two years spent on Sciences Po’s French-German European Campus in Nancy, and a living allowance of $7.000/year for the two years spent at the Otto-Suhr-Institut of Freie Universität.
