Scholarships for Cambodian students are obtainable for undertaking master degree at University of Glasgow in UK. A total of 5 scholarships are available. The value of each scholarship is £5,000. The criteria for the scholarships are academic excellence and personal achievement. Applications should be submitted till 1st July 2014.
Masters Fellowships in Public Health and Tropical Medicine
Fellowships are available for research training at Master’s degree level. A Fellowship normally provides up to 30 months’ support. Fellows must be based in a low- or middle-income country for their research project. A period of 12 months should normally be dedicated to undertaking a taught Master’s course at a recognised centre of excellence, combined with up to 18 months to undertake a research project. Applications will close on 15th August 2014.
TWAS-BIOTEC Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
TWAS-BIOTEC Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme is available for young scientists from Cambodia. BIOTEC will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living costs, such as accommodation and food. Applicants must apply for the fellowship within five years of having obtained a PhD degree. The application deadline is 15th September 2014.
Business School Dean’s Scholarships for Cambodian Students
Scholarships for Cambodian students are available for pursuing taught masters’ degree level at Bournemouth University. Scholarships include 50% or 25% fee reduction (Tuition fee waiver). Scholarships are offered for duration of the program. The closing dates of submitting applications are 31st May 2014 and 18th November 2014.
MOFCOM Master Degree Scholarships for Cambodian Students
The Government of the People’s Republic of China through the Government of Fiji is offering master degree scholarships for Cambodian students. Scholarships will be awarded for a period of one year. The age of applicants should be between 20 to 40. Cambodia scholarship is available to study master program in any one of these universities: East China Normal University [ECNU], Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU), China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU), Beijing Normal University, Jilin University and Peking University (PU) in China. TWAS-NCP Postdoctoral Cambodia Fellowship

ICO Three-Month Fellowships in Ophthalmology
Fellowships provide young ophthalmologists with exposure to and training in several subspecialties in ophthalmology. Applicant must be under 40 years of age at the time of applying. The fellowships will include S$6000 (maximum) to cover travel and living expenses. The application deadline is September 30 each year.
Asian Women in Business Scholarship (AWIB) Fund
Applications are invited for Asian Women in Business (AWIB) scholarships for Cambodian students. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited four-year undergraduate institution in the US at the time of application and award. Applicant can be considered for an additional $2,500 (a total of $5,000) if qualified as lower middle income. Application should be submitted till September 15, 2014.
TWAS-CONACYT Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
TWAS and CONACYT are inviting applications for TWAS-CONACYT postdoctoral fellowship programme. Cambodia fellowships cover standard monthly allowance and a fixed amount for mandatory health insurance coverage. Applicants must prove knowledge of Spanish or provide a certificate of proficiency in English. The application deadline is 15th September 2014.
Endeavour Vocational Education and Training (VET) Award
Awards are available to undertake vocational education at a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree level. The award provides support for English Language Training worth of $10,000 up to 6 months, if required. Applicants must be aged 18 years or over at the commencement of their programme. Applications will close on 30th June 2014.
ANZCA International Scholarship in Anaesthesia
Scholarship for Cambodian students is available for consultant anaesthetist to work in a hospital in Australia or New Zealand for up to a year. Applicants must not hold another scholarship during the period of this scholarship. This Anaesthesia scholarship will be awarded for a year. Applicants must be submitted by 16th June, 2014.
TWAS-UPM Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
Fellowships for Cambodian students are available to undertake postdoctoral research at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). UPM will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living costs. Applicants must hold a PhD degree in a field of the natural sciences. INSA JRD-Tata Fellowship Programme for Cambodian Students
The Indian National Science Academy (INSA) offers fellowship programme for Cambodian students. About 10 fellowships are awarded annually. The maximum period of award will be for three months. Selection is based on the recommendations of a committee consisting of eminent scientists. Last date of submitting applications is 31st October 2014.
Elaine Low Undergraduate Scholarship for Cambodian Students

Adelaide International Undergraduate Scholarships for Cambodian Students
Scholarships for Cambodian students are offered to undertake undergraduate programme at University of Adelaide in Australia. University of Adelaide provides a waiver of 25% of the annual tuition fee for each year of the program for the full duration of the program, up to a maximum of four years. The application deadline for students commencing in Semester 2 2014 is 23rd June 2014 and for students commencing in Semester 1 2015 is 26th January 2015.
iLEAP International Fellowship Program
Applications are invited for iLEAP International Fellowship to participate to participate in eight-week intensive leadership training program. Applicants must have demonstrated long-term commitment to the Southeast Asia region. This international fellowship covers all participation costs, including round-trip airfare to/from Seattle, room/board, visa/immigration, transportation, living stipend and all program related expenses. TWAS-IACS Fellowship Program for Cambodian Students
Cambodia fellowships are available for undertaking research at postgraduate and postdoctoral level at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS). Guangxi Government Scholarship for Cambodian Students
People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is inviting application for scholarship available for Cambodian students. Recipients of the scholarship will enjoy exemption of such fees as for registration, tuition, textbooks and other teaching materials, accommodation, and insurance for diseases and accidents. Application must be made from March through June each year. The deadline for a full scholarship application is 30th June.
TWAS-IROST Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
Fellowships for Cambodian students are available for undertaking postdoctoral programme at Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology. TWAS-IROST Postdoctoral Fellowships in natural sciences are tenable for a minimum period of six months to a maximum period of twelve months at IROST. Japan International Award for Young Agricultural Researchers
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) is offering international award for young agricultural researchers. Candidates should be non-Japanese researchers under 40 years old as of January 01, 2014, belong to a non-Japanese research institute or a non-Japanese university. Up to three award winners will be named. The application deadline is June 13, 2014.

South-South Scholarships for Cambodian Students
Applications are invited for research scholarships available for researchers in Cambodia. Nine (9) scholarships will be awarded in total. Applicants must speak English so they can present the results of research in an international academic seminar. Scholarship is awarded for nine (9) months of work between July, 1st 2014 and March, 15th 2015. The deadline for application is June 1, 2014.
TWAS-icipe Fellowship Program
The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is offering fellowship program for Cambodia students. Applicants must have official acceptance at an eligible department, institution or laboratory at icipe. Three PhD fellowships and one postdoctoral fellowship will be awarded. Closing date for submitting applications is 15th September 2014.
Edinburgh Global Health Academy Masters Scholarship for Cambodian Students
University of Edinburgh is funding one full-time master’s scholarship on the basis of academic merit. The scholarship will be granted on the basis of academic merit. Applicants must be a maximum age of 35 years for PhD and 45 years for postdoctoral programme on 31 December of the application year. The deadline for applications is 31st August 2014.
John Moores Undergraduate Scholarships for Cambodian Students
Scholarships for Cambodian students are available for pursuing undergraduate degree at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) in UK. The scholarship consisting of a £6,000 first year tuition fee waiver will be awarded to ten exceptional new students joining the University in September 2014. The application deadline is 16th June 2014.
TWAS-CSIR Fellowship Programme
Fellowships are available for pursuing research at postgraduate and postdoctoral level at laboratories and institutes of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) of India. The minimum period of this programme is six months and maximum is twelve months. The application deadline is 31st August of each year.
Developing Global Citizens Postgraduate Scholarships
Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is offering postgraduate scholarships for Cambodian students. Twenty scholarships are offered. The scholarships will provide one-off £4,000 fee waiver. TWAS-SN Bose Cambodia Fellowship
Cambodia fellowship is available for pursuing research at PhD and Postdoctoral level at S.N. Bose National Centre for Basic Science. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree/PhD degree in physics, mathematics or physical chemistry. Applications must be submitted by 31 August 2014.
SFIAR Awards for Cambodian Students in Switzerland
The Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research (SFIAR) is offering award in agricultural research. The prize sum of the SFIAR Award is CHF 5’000 for a PhD or Post Doc project and CHF 10’000 for a team project. Applications must be submitted by 15th July 2014.
TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme
Applications are invited for TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme available for Cambodian students. Fellowships are tenable at key biotechnology research institutions in India for a period of up to five years. DBT will provide a monthly stipend to cover for living costs, food and health insurance. Developing Solutions Masters Scholarships for Cambodian Students
Applications are invited for developing solutions scholarships for Cambodian students in the academic year 2014/15. 15 fully funded scholarships are available for students from the developing and third world countries registering for taught Masters programmes at Malaysia Campus. The application deadlines are 15 July 2014 for September intake and 15 October 2014 for December 2014 intake.
IDRC Doctoral Research Awards for Cambodian Students
Approximately 20 to 25 research awards are offered for Canadian and developing countries students for pursuing doctoral studies at a Canadian University. The offer will cover justifiable field research expenses up to CA$20,000 a year. Grants are provided in the subject of Agriculture and Environment, Global Health Policy, Science and Innovation, Social and Economic Policy. Last date of submission of applications is April 2, 2014.
International Climate Protection Fellowships for Cambodian Students
Federal Environment Ministry’s (BMU) is funding International Climate Protection Fellowships for Non European and developing countries’ applicants. The fellowship is awarded in climate protection and climate-related resource conservation. The completed application form including all the necessary additional documentation must be submitted by the closing date for applications (15 March 2014).
BOF Doctoral Scholarships for Cambodian Students
Scholarships are obtainable for PhD students who want to carry half of their PhD research at Ghent University and half at a university in a developing country. These scholarships are offered in Belgium. Ghent University is offering scholarship for 24 months and will be divided into several periods within a span of 4 years. Application should be submitted till March 4, 2014.
Early Career Development Fellowship
The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) and OCLC are offering fellowships for the students of developing countries. Fellowships are provided in library and information science. Topics and issues include information technologies and their impact on libraries, library operations and management and global cooperative librarianship. The application deadline is February 14, 2014.
US/Canada Grants for Students of Developing Countries
Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund is offering award for women applicants of developing countries to pursue their degree in the USA and Canada. Women applicants those who have a record of service to women and children and a commitment to improve the lives of women and children in developing countries are eligible for this scholarship. The MMMF awards grants of approximately $12,000 each; grants are not renewable. The deadline for applications is January 15, 2014.
Global Change Leaders Scholarship Program for Women
The Coady International Institute St. Francis Xavier University is inviting global change leaders’ scholarship programme in Canada. It is a seven-week education program at St. Francis Xavier University. Those women can apply who have great drive and passion for their work, demonstrated through their outstanding contributions in their organizations and communities. The online application for the 2014 program is now open and will close on Friday January 17, 2014.
Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowships for Women from Developing Countries
International Peace Research Association Foundation offers graduate fellowships for the Women in the USA. These Fellowships are provided in the field of Peace and Development Studies. Every other year (beginning in 1990) one woman receives school expenses in the amount of $5,000 per year for two years. This is for the first time the foundation is providing two fellowships. Announcement of the Award will be made by March. The application deadline is January 15, 2014.
Georg Forster Research Fellowship (HERMES) for Developing Countries
The Humboldt Foundation grants up to 80 Georg Forster Research Fellowships for postdoctoral researchers. Fellowships are available for periods of 6-24 months. The Scholarship amount per month is 2.650 €. This includes a mobility allowance and a contribution towards health and liability insurance. Applications are accepted from 01.07.2013 until mid 2015.
Georg Forster Research Fellowship for Researchers from Developing Countries
The Humboldt Foundation is inviting applications up to 80 Georg Forster Research Fellowships for postdoctoral researchers and experienced researchers annually and financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and Co-financed by the European Union (EU) in the 7th Framework Programme. Applications can be submitted from 01.07.2013 until mid-2015 (exact date TBD).
