Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme in India, 2015-2016
Applications are invited for prime minister’s scholarship scheme from Indian candidates who have joined the professional courses in the academic year 2015-2016. These scholarships are available for dependent wards/widows of Ex-Servicemen and Ex-Indian coast guard. A total number of 4000 students will be selected. The application deadline is 30 November.

University of Tsukuba Masters Program in Japan, 2019
The University of Tsukuba offers a range of different programmes for international students to help cover tuition fees or living costs to study in Japan. Students from developing countries are eligible to apply for this application. Applicants must be applying for 18-month master’s program in the field of Economic Policy or Public Policy at the University of Tsukuba.

Finnish Government EDUFI Fellowships Programme in Finland, 2020

Applicants are invited to apply for the EDUFI fellowships programme which is providing by the Finnish National Agency for Education. Fellowships are available for pursuing doctoral studies at a Finnish university in Finland. If applicants currently hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) then usually they are eligible to apply for Doctoral studies in Finland. The university will first pay the grant to the fellow as a personal grant and will then invoice it to EDUFI after the end of the fellowship.

Government of Israel Scholarships for Foreign Students, 2019-2020
Applications are invited for Israeli Government Scholarships available for foreign students in Israel. These scholarships are awarded for summer language courses (Ulpan) and for one academic year or research studies. The aim of the Israeli Government programs is to enable and encourage academically able learners. Application should be submitted till November 30 each year.

Mexican government awards for International Students, 2020
Mexican Government is inviting various scholarships for international students. Macedonian Government Scholarships for Foreign Students

These opportunities are awarded to undertake an undergraduate programme at the University of Information Science and Technology for the academic 2018/2019. The scholarship provides a monthly allowance of 5,000 MKD (approximately 82 EUR) for 9 months per year and various other benefits.

Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Scholars and Artists, 2020-2021

Swiss Government, through the Federal Commission, offers excellence scholarships for foreign scholars and artists in Switzerland. The studentships are available for pursuing Ph.D., postdoctoral, research programs and fine arts at one of the public-funded universities or recognized institution. The studentships are aimed at young researchers from abroad who have completed a master’s degree or PhD and at foreign artists holding a bachelor’s degree.

New Zealand Government Development Scholarships for Developing Countries, 2018-2019

New Zealand Government is offering scholarships for students starting full-time postgraduate degree programmes in 2017. The studentships are available for national of African Commonwealth countries, Africa – non-Commonwealth countries, Asia, Latin America, Caribbean Commonwealth countries and Caribbean non-Commonwealth countries. The entitlements of the Scholarship include full tuition fees, a living allowance (paid fortnightly), an establishment allowance, medical and travel insurance.

Sichuan Provincial Government funding for Foreign Students in China, 2020

Sichuan Provincial Government is awarding scholarships for foreign students. The studentships are available for doctoral students, master students, undergraduate students, junior college student’s and long term students at higher education institutions, higher vocational colleges and junior colleges. The students will get the program every year until they finish their study on the premise that they are approved by the institutions every year. The application form is accepted every year and it is from January to June.

Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for Developing Countries in USA
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides 10 months of professional enrichment and non-degree graduate-level study in the United States for accomplished mid-level professionals from designated countries. Fellowship Program has received funding as a Fulbright exchange activity from the U.S. Congress since 1978 to honor the public service career of the late Senator and Vice President, Hubert H. Humphrey.

Chinese Government – Great Wall Scholarships 2020
The Ministry of Education of P.R. China (MOE) is awarding Great Wall program for international students in 2017-2018 academic session. This program only supports general scholars and senior scholars. Great Wall Program is a fully-funded position established by MOE for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to sponsor students and scholars in developing countries to study and conduct research in China.

MOFCOM funding for International Students in China, 2017-2018

The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China is inviting applications for MOFCOM award from international students. Program is available for pursuing the postgraduate degree program and PhD degree programs. The objective of the CSC is to provide, financial assistance to the Chinese citizens wishing to study abroad and to the foreign citizens wishing to study in China in order to develop the educational, scientific and technological, and cultural exchanges.
