Russian Undergraduate Merit Scholarship at Edith Cowan University in Australia, 2018

Kennan Institute George F. Kennan Fellowship (GFK) for Russian Students in USA
Scholarship Provider:
 The fellowships are funded by a grant from Carnegie Corporation of New York.
Eligible Students: For academic participants, eligibility is limited to the postdoctoral level, and normally it is expected that academic candidates will have demonstrated their scholarly development by publication beyond the doctoral or candidate dissertation.
Courses:  This is a three months residence fellowship programme.
Award Details: The George F. Kennan Fellowship offers a monthly stipend of $3,200, research facilities, and computer access.

James C. Gaither Junior Research Fellowship for Russian Students Program, 2018

Visby Programme Scholarships for Russian Students in Sweden

Vedomosti Global Executive MBA Scholarships for Russian Students
Scholarship Provider: Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and the newspaper “Vedomosti”
Eligible Students: To be eligible, applicants must have Undergraduate degree, equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
Courses: Scholarships are available for pursuing global executive MBA programme jointly offered by the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and the University of Minnesota.
Award Details: The value of each partial scholarship is € 10,000. Reduced program fee is € 35,000.

BAYHOST Scholarships for Russian Graduates 
Scholarship Provider: The Bavarian Ministry for Science, Research and Art
Eligible Students: applicant needs to have the citizenship of one of the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia or Ukraine.
Courses: Scholarships are meant to finance doctoral or postgraduate studies at Bavarian universities.
Award Details: The scholarship is paid out monthly (700 €) and amounts to 8.400 € per year. Students with at least one child receive 860 € per month, which amounts to 10.320 € per year.

BRICS Russian Multilateral Joint Science and Technology Research Grants, 2018

Eligible Students: Applicants should be able to demonstrate a connection between your subject of study and your longer-term career objectives, explaining how you see your professional work contributing to the improvement of public life in your country of origin or at a wider regional or international level.

Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowship for Russian Women 
Scholarship Provider: International Peace Research Association Foundation
Eligible Students: The Dorothy Senesh Fellowships are available to women from developing countries who have completed a Bachelor’s degree, who have been accepted into a graduate program and whose graduate work is to be focused on issues related to the goals of IPRA.
Course: Fellowships are available for pursuing graduate programme.
Award Details:  The Fellowships provide $5,000 per year for two years for both women, for a total of $10,000 each.

CIMO Fellowships for Russian Doctoral Students in Finland
Scholarship Provider: The Centre for International Mobility (CIMO)
Eligible Students: The programme is open for applicants from all countries. However, when decisions on scholarship are made, emphasis is given to applicants from Russia, China, India, Chile, Brazil and North America.
Courses: Fellowships are available for pursuing doctoral studies at a Finnish university in Finland.
Award Details: The monthly allowance is 1500 Euros.
Application Deadline: There are no annual application deadlines in the CIMO Fellowship programme. Applications may be considered at all times. However, please note that applications should be submitted at least 5 months before the intended scholarship period.

Ural Federal University Grant for Masters Program in Russia
Scholarship Provider: Ural Federal University, Russia
Eligible Students: Student should be a 2-4 year bachelor degree student or master degree student.
Courses: Scholarships are available for pursuing master program at the Ural Federal University.
Award Details: These year students have an opportunity to win a grant of 80.000 rubles to cover part of expenses incurred during the exchange period (training, transportation, accommodation etc).

Sri Lankan Government Presidential Scholarships for Russian Students

Eligible Students: Applicant must be a citizen of a country covered by this scholarship. A citizen of another country having Sri Lankan dual citizenship is not eligible to apply.

Award Details: A monthly living allowance of LKR 30, 000/- during the study period is given. It is expected that the scholarship recipient will meet the expenditure for food and accommodation with the monthly allowance of LKR 30,000/- The relevant university/higher educational institute will assist in finding suitable accommodation.

Eligible Students: Fulbright-Kennan Institute Research Scholarships are available to researchers and lecturers from academic and higher educational institutions and research centers who are actively involved in academic and research work.

Award Details: Scholarship offers a monthly stipend, research facilities, computer support, and research assistance. Scholars are required to be in residence at the Kennan Institute/Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. for the duration of the scholarship.

Gerda Henkel Fellowship Programme for Russian Students in Bulgaria

Courses: This is a five-month in-residence fellowship programme.

Chatham House Academy Robert Bosch Fellowship for Russian Students in UK
Scholarship Provider: Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs and The Robert Bosch Sifting
Eligible Students: applicant must have a background in international relations, social science or economics
Courses:  Fellowships are available for undertaking research programme.
Award Details: Chatham House will provide a monthly stipend in pound sterling (GBP) to the value of approximately €3,000 for Academy fellows for the duration of the fellowship (this is intended to cover costs such as accommodation, food, travel in London etc.).

Mexican Government Scholarship Program for Russian Students in Mexico

Eligible Students: Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree, as required by the program for which the scholarship is requested.
Courses: Scholarships are available for a specialization, master’s degree or doctorate, conducting graduate-level research, or taking part in an undergraduate or graduate-level academic mobility program in Mexico.
Award Details: Scholarship includes monthly stipend of 4 times the minimum salary in Mexico City for undergraduate mobility scholarships, specializations, master’s degrees or master’s-level research, Spanish language or Mexican culture courses, currently the equivalent of $8,412.00 pesos (approximately US $546.234).
